Liked: I had made a mistake on my booking, but staff soon resolved this

Liked: Very helpful staff. Campervan pitch with electric supply was perfect and easy. The pitch was a short distance away from water, chemical toilet waste and waste drainage and easy to use and access.

Could be better: Bar /restaurant needs more staff as we had to wait some time to get served drinks on a number of times as the restaurant took priority. The bar staff member was very friendly and helpful but he was alone and needed help.

Liked: Spacious full service pitch. Good fishing. Immaculate facilities. Cheerful friendly helpful staff.

Could be better: Shorter grass on pitches and more hardstanding for cars on grass pitches.

Liked: The site is listed as 5 star..we had just left a 5 star site belong also to Les Castels and this one was totally inferior. Scruffy site, staff not particularly welcoming. Nearest loo block closed by propping old fence panels against it. Tall weeds everywhere. Shop with very few items, for instance, no coffee. Only tinned goods, empty shelves.

Liked: Mooie camping alleen communicatie was wat minder

Could be better: Duidelijker naar de camping gast zijn
