Liked: We had a fantastic 3 night stay here. The pools and park were excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive and our pitch was very spacious. Wish we had stayed for longer!

Liked: Lovely campsite with lots of trees. Nice swimming pools and playground, great facilities and nice animation. Staff is very friendly.

Could be better: Just some few suggestions: - big shoe rack at the swimming pools (especially outdoors) - would be nice to grow some trees along the play ground to provide some shade. - lock on the door of the baby washing room (handy when you have 2 toddlers to bathe...) - rack in the shower cubicle of the private sanitair to put shampoo/douchegel on (especially when you have toddlers who like to open bottles)

Liked: We loved the chalet we stayed in by the lake. It was very peaceful and we had lovely views of the sunsets over the two lakes. The swimming pools were great and the kids loved swimming every day and going on the water slides! There were also lots of other great activities which we tried, including pony riding, the mini disco and the games evening.

Liked: The area around the camp site is wonderful - great Chateaux’s, lovely vineyards in Sancerre and Briare is really nice. The lake on site is great to paddle board.

Could be better: Arrival - chaos, 2 people before us yet as the septic tank was being emptied it was a disorganised joke. Cleanliness - the campsite is dirty, the pool developed a scum line all around the side of the pool and the indoor pool had too much chlorine in the jacuzzi - so much so I couldn’t catch my breath. Service at the bar rubbish - food poor quality and expensive, staff didn’t have a clue how to run a bar. This isn’t a 5* campsite, at best it’s a 3* The owner works hard but she is too short staffed. The showers are dirty and this is not due to the number of people as we have been to busier site

Could be better: New staff in bar need to cut the grass and do some cleaning

Could be better: Facilities could use an update. And the electric buggies should be limited in speed, something it seemed like we were next to a race track The electric vehicle charger should also be upgraded to a faster charger type. The current price is very expensive

Liked: Lovely peaceful campsite the pool was lovely

Could be better: Unfortunately we had an awful meal in the restaurant. The goats cheese salad consisted of lettuce tomato and a tiny piece of goats cheese no dressing no bread and twelve euros!

Liked: The site was excellent, and the staff friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Liked: We love the feeling of the place and the fabulous setting.

Could be better: Over the last 2 years the restaurant has become a more basic snack bar with limited choice. When run by the lovely lady and her mother it was a restaurant
