Liked: Everything about this campsite is wonderful.The pitches , it’s a beautiful site and the staff are so pleasant and helpful.

Liked: Pitch was perfect. Admin was great with arriving early and staying later.

Liked: Our pitch was literally 10 steps away from the beach, perfect for watching sunset. Nice and clean site.

Liked: The location of the site is great, with direct access to the beach and within walking distance of Merville-Franceville-Plage. The staff in reception are polite, friendly and speak excellent English.

Could be better: Only the men's section of the main shower block was open during most of our stay. This was closed for approximately 1 and a half hours each morning (just as people were in need of a toilet and a shower) leaving only the very small sanitary block near to reception open. Completely inadequate for the huge number of people staying on the site. We expected to be able to visit the bar/restaurant during our stay, but could not as it was firmly closed.

Liked: Lovely friendly campsite, peaceful, right on the beach which was amazing, good sized pitches with hedges for privacy, good pool, facilities great and clean, close to the local town for good restaurants and shops.

Could be better: Cleaning the main facilities (toilets and showers) at the busiest times isn’t a good idea?… 8 to10 am. Shower at the pool for cleaning beforehand?

Liked: Had a wonderful week. Camped next to the beach. Watching the sunset on the beach every night is a must. Take a glass of wine with you and watch the beautiful display
