Liked: Bonjour, premièrement un mail en anglais ! Je m’exprime que en français. Piscine couverte fermée, pas d’eclairage aux sanitaires vaisselle et linge. Panne de courant générale, personne à l’accueil. Les 4 étoiles sont injustifiées.

Could be better: Wir wollten einen Platz reservieren, und wurden an ein Reservierungsportal verwiesen , dort war es nicht möglich die ASCI Card einzusetzen so mussten wir um mindestens 7 Euro mehr pro Tag bezahlen, das finde ich Abzocke, denn wir mussten den ganzen Betrag im Voraus bezahlen und so hatten wir auch keine Möglichkeit die ASCI Card vorzulegen! Also werden wir nie mehr reservieren!!! Ein Mitarbeiter erklärte , daß man ja anrufen hätte können, das haben wir, aber die Dame Sagte das geht nicht und verwies uns aufs Buchungsportal, wo man die Reservierung extra auch noch bezahlt!

Liked: Great pitch sizes, right on the beach. Very good facilities for a camp of this size.

Could be better: Showers a little hotter please.

Liked: Great positioning virtually on the beach with a 10 min walk to the nearest town with restaurants bars and a supermarket. Facilities were very clean and the staff extremely helpful. Next time we will stay longer as it’s such a lovely location. Thanks for making us feel so welcome 10/10.

Liked: We love staying at this campsite as it’s next to a beautiful beach and in close proximity to the ferry port at Ouisterham. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pitches are a good size and the ones with access to the beach are a delight. Great facilities available

Could be better: Unfortunately we found the shower facilities lacking. Toilets not even clean at 7.30am and smell from the chemical waste unpleasant due to the fact they are inside the shower / toilet building. Rubbish stacked up over 2 days.

Could be better: To be emailed a code for gate and pitch number as we arrived at lunchtime and had to wait until 2.00pm we were tired and just wanted to get to the pitch
