Liked: site ok and convenient for Ouistreham ferry

Could be better: Communication prior to arrival very poor. Was booked on late arrival ferry 10pm Ouistreham and was supposed to get email and text in the day before my arrival at site, to give me the barrier code and allocated pitch number. The message was never sent to me. Luckily a sympathetic camper gave us the barrier code and we just pitched up on first space we found. Unfortunately the electric was not turned on for that pitch so we had no power - couldn't charge our phones etc. The lady on reception could not explain why we did not get the messages as it was caused by someone else on duty.

Liked: Lovely friendly campsite, peaceful, right on the beach which was amazing, good sized pitches with hedges for privacy, good pool, facilities great and clean, close to the local town for good restaurants and shops.

Could be better: Cleaning the main facilities (toilets and showers) at the busiest times isn’t a good idea?… 8 to10 am. Shower at the pool for cleaning beforehand?

Liked: Had a wonderful week. Camped next to the beach. Watching the sunset on the beach every night is a must. Take a glass of wine with you and watch the beautiful display

Liked: Mooi aan zee te zijn, en voor ons makkelijke uitvalbasis naar het monument van militaire prinses irene brigade in Bréville les Monts st. Come. Deze onderhouden wij. Ik was samen met mijn vader op uw camping.

Could be better: Het aflopen van de grond van de plek (kavel 14)

Could be better: La piscine fermée alors qu'elle est signalée ouverte sur le site ACSI Tables de ping pong inutilisable (mauvais état, pas de filet et au mauvais endroit) Température des sanitaires et de l'eau froides Bref nous avons écourté notre séjour et nous ne reviendrons pas

Liked: Friendly staff, clean site, nice to see the goats, we would definitely come again but in the summer

Could be better: Pitch was slightly awkward to get into with a large motorhome, distance to toilets and washing up facilities, but we was nearly on the beach so a small sacrifice is worth it.

Liked: L'accès à la plage est un vrai plus, les emplacement et les sanitaires sont très bien. Belle piscine couverte et chauffée.

Could be better: La restauration est un peu limitée en choix proposé.
