Liked: Quiet, even in high season. Lovely staff, always a pleasant welcome at reception. They were very accommodating with our booking, giving us 3 adjacent pitches with our son and his family on one side and our daughter and her family on the other. Friendly bar staff and a good choice at the restaurant at sensible prices. Delightful desserts. The swimming pool was perfect for all the children (we had 6 in total) Just over a mile to the beach, but ponies and forest just around the corner. Feeling forest and Dino's park 10 mins by car.

Could be better: No negatives at all

Liked: spacious pitches, facilities kept very clean, made regular use of swimming pool and bar.

Could be better: some slightly noisy neighbours chatting into the night (1am / 2am) however this was limited to weekends and did not disrupt us too much

Liked: The swimming pools and overall facilities were a massive hit with both adults and children. The pitches were excellent and and the office were very helpful at the time of booking, putting 2 pitches together for us and the other family we were holidaying with.

Could be better: Can’t think of any!

Liked: Stayed with friends and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would have loved an extra couple of days. All the staff we met were excellent! Very helpful, polite and friendly. The pool area is immaculate with plenty of sunbeds so need to do the morning towel dash! The shower/toilet blocks were kept really clean all day and plenty of them. Didn’t have to wait for a shower the whole week! Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

Liked: Our family have been coming to La Yole for decades! Family friendly. Excellent campsite, excellent staff, every single one of them! Lots to do for every age group, babies, children, teenagers, adults and older. Our large family has every age group, and we all thoroughly enjoy our stay. All the staff will go the extra mile to help. And we have needed help on a few occasions. I thoroughly recommend this campsite. Lovely clubhouse/restaurant with brilliant staff too. I wish we could come and stay more often.

Liked: We love the site and area. The site is welcoming and safe for our children, everyone is friendly. Our Moblie was lovely, clean and well equipped for our stay. This was our 7th visit in a row so that says it all really.

Liked: The staff are very friendly and informative. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We will certainly be back again, which will be our fifth visit.

Could be better: Our only criticism would be that the supermarket could be open when there are holidaymakers staying on the site. We couldn’t just pop down the shop for a couple of essentials.
