Could be better: Bigger pool would be great

Liked: The weather was really sunny and temperatures consistently in the mid thirties. Our pitch could have had more shade, as could many pitches. The pool was adequate, but once the school holidays started, we were put off from using the pool, as the children dominated the area and broke most of the rules! We have children, so we understand, but suddenly the pool was not attractive. The poolside chairs had to be some of the worst ergonomically designed we have ever encountered. Finally, being able to get consistently hot water in the showers would have been nice. An average campsite with potential.

Could be better: Better sunloungers, improved plumbing

Liked: Our second visit to this campsite on the Loire. Excellent sanitary facilities. Superb location. Tidy site. Lovely swimming pool. All round another very enjoyable stay.

Liked: We loved the friendly helpful staff, the view of the river from the pitch and the warm interior shower block

Liked: We came by car with caravan with a dog and found a beautiful place. The direct access to the Loire, the nearby castle, the pool. We liked the whole package.

Could be better: Non

Liked: Sully our first proper stop returning to France after 14 months. Didn’t disappoint.

Liked: Snack bar and staff

Could be better: More toilets and showers. We left it late on in the evening to have a shower and we still had to wait 30mins before one came available.

Liked: Peaceful and extremely enjoyable stay. The children had a wonderful time and the campsite is in beautiful surroundings

Liked: Very nice staff. A lot to do and comfortable camp site

Could be better: Keep the toilet paper at the toilets beter stocked. 3 out of 5 toilets had no toilet paper for a couple of days
