Could be better: The opening hours for thé swimming pools IS ist possible to close it 8 pm ? The swimming pools close AT 7pm but thé slides close AT 6.15 pm. The blue slide IS old, rusted on thé top and smell thé old plastic (thé pool UP Hill) Number of seats ( pool up Hill)

Liked: Campsite very clean. Excellent mobile home. Perfect location. Very helpful staff.

Could be better: The equipments (ping pong table without net, city stadium not closed, no pillow with chairs on terrace, pizzas from restaurant not good, obliged to wear a swim cap but shorts allowed...)

Liked: We stayed for the 5th year in a row in Vila Eden. Timea aranged the perfect spot for us, thank you again for that Timea!!! We are sure we see you next year, only than longer!!!

Liked: Magnificent views. Lovely weather. Swimming in the lake. Friendly staff

Could be better: Too many guests at the camp site. Esp pool area too crowded most of the time. Would be great if there were pool hours reserved for adults, fx mornings 9-10

Liked: Pięknie położony kamping. Mały, cichy, rodzinny. Garda już chłodniejsza i już krystalicznie czysta woda

Could be better: Likwidacja obowiązku noszenia czepków na basenach. Montaż haczyków do powieszenia odzieży lub torby w kabinach prysznicowych.

Liked: We had uninterrupted viedes from the terrasse over the lake. The staff were nice and welcoming.

Could be better: We could not get help at night when we had a plumbing issue in the shower (clogged drain caused toilet water to come into the shower stall. Would be nice with a number that guests can call at night, as the restaurant staff are the only ones on site, and they told us that they were not allowed to contact management after hours.

Liked: Easy access to the lake, small shop with all necessary goods, good location as the west side of lake Garda is not as crowded as the east side.

Could be better: Longer swimming pool hours. Even the swimming caps are bearable :)

Liked: Die Aussicht auf den See und die Berge war toll, die Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt, auch der Strand. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Pools darf man nur mit Badekappe betreten, das gibt s sonst doch nirgends mehr. Ich vermute, damit kann man einige Extraeuro im Laden erzielen wo Badekappen verkauft werden.

Could be better: Dass man für so schlechtes WLAN so viel Geld zahlen muss, ist schon frech. Längeres onkine gehen oder gar streamen... völlig unmöglich. Dafür dann 21.- € berappen geht eigentlich nicht. Auch, dass Guthaben auf der Karte für die Klimaanlage am Ende nicht ausbezahlt wird, ist ein no go, eine Unverschämtheit. Geld vom Kunden einbehalten ohne eine Leistung erbracht zu haben. Die Ausstattung der Küche des Mobilehomes war etwas spartanisch. Andererseits muss man dann auch nicht viel sauber machen 😜 Zu wenig Zeichen hier, ich schreibe den Rest deshalb bei den positiven Sachen

Liked: Es war Traumhaft sehr sauber wie immer Personal sehr sehr nett. Mobilheim ein Traum mit Seeblick ebenso sehr sauber. Danke für alles nächstes Jahr kommen wir zum 8mal das sagt alles.
