Could be better: One shower didn’t work.

Liked: As always a riendly welcome at a well kept site. We tend to use it as an overnight stop as it's close to the main route north or south with a supermarket and fuel less than a mile away.

Liked: Very easy to find ,warm welcome at reception,good sized pitches

Liked: This is a fairly basic site with spacious, level pitches. It has all the basic sanitary facilities, which are kept clean albeit, quite dated. Perfect for breaking up the journey from the ferries to the south.

Liked: We loved everything! Great size pitch, excellent laundry, hot showers, toilet paper and seats. Also pizza and bread available on bank holiday were a lovely surprise. We had a wonderful welcome at reception and the owners were very friendly too. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, just a few minutes off the main road but very peaceful and quiet. Supermarket is close by and well stocked.

Could be better: Nothing

Liked: A few statics that looked as if people were living in them but no problem. Not much to do in immediate vicinity although canal walk/bike ride a few miles away.

Could be better: Showers could do with being a little warmer particularly in the cooler months.

Liked: Friendly staff - good showers

Liked: An excellent site, close to a supermarket and a short walk into Heric. Good sized pitches, lovely showers, and perfectly placed for a stopover, or more, on the route further south. Very helpful in reception. We shall use the site again.

Could be better: The pitch was very muddy and overgrown the entire place was run down and in need of attention we didn’t stay and left right away.the site seemed to be more for workers than holiday
