Liked: I have had some personal problems and had to pospone my visit. Thankfully Julien and his team have been absolutly brilliant in understanding my problem and have simply agreed to put it off untill next year. Having said that I love the place after many visits.

Could be better: I can't comment as I was'nt there.

Liked: Lovely site set in the grounds of the Chateau. Really peaceful, well maintained pitches. Clean well appointed facilities with plenty of hot water.

Liked: Being very close to calais, this a great stop for us at the start of our motorhome trip in Europe and we will stop again on our way back as its got a great vet nearby where we can get our little dog checked out before the ferry home. Sorry I didn't get his name, but the guy in reception is ferry helpful

Could be better: Nothing

Liked: We stayed a couple of nights to break the journey to Calais, giving us time to visit the Blockhouse, which is well worth the walk.

Could be better: Bakery was closed on the day we left, so no breakfast. Bakers deserve a day off, though....

Liked: Handy for Calais

Liked: Very helpful and friendly on arrival, a peaceful rural feel to the site. We really enjoyed our visit and would use it again. Limited menu in the restaurant, but the food we had was good. The site manager was kind enough to book a vet appointment for our dog for our return to England. A large motorbike rally turned up at one point but it was far enough away from us on the site not to be a nuisance.

Could be better: The grass pitches could have done with mowing in places.
