Liked: The pool was great, the animation crew were brilliant! All staff very friendly. Toilet block clean and always with toilet paper. Wonderful holiday spent with friends and family!!

Could be better: The lake wasn’t so easily accessible

Liked: The spaces were good. Great customer service. Shop pool and restaurant. Easy to get in to Siena

Could be better: Toilets could have been better

Liked: Pitch and view were fantastic. Check in was nice and easy and you get shown to your pitch.

Could be better: The drive to the pitch was through a 'shanty town' of what appears to be permanent placements of very old and very untidy/dirty caravans and huts. The one day we would have used the swimming pool, it was closed. Ok it was May and not in high season but the weather was great and a swim would have been perfect.

Liked: The location, the view

Could be better: Hot water, showers where it’s possible to keep clothes dry.

Could be better: Mix and match of old caravans and huts felt like a Shanti town .

Liked: Ons verzoek voor een plek aan het meer was mogelijk. We stonden ook direct aan het meer. Het meer staat zeker 1.5 meter lager als vroeger, vandaar de muggen?

Liked: Vacanza rilassante,dopo qualche anno che non passavamo lo abbiamo ritrovato sempre accomodante e con personale sempre disponibile.

Could be better: Forse qualche manutenzione in più agli spazi comuni, ma credo che ciò sia di più facile gestione dopo il mese di agosto.

Liked: Experience the real Italian life at Punta Navaccia. Very welcome and easy to make friends. The daughters of the founder help you with everything and do their utmost to arrange everything to your satisfaction.

Could be better: Some facilities need an upgrade
