Liked: The campsite was beautiful. Sites were private, surrounded by nature but not too private to meet neighbours easily. Lovely activities.

Could be better: Water machine only releasing 500 mls with each interaction was very tedious.

Liked: well run, great helpful staff and excellent pool/slides great experience, good facilities

Could be better: one area for improvement would be to provide evening entertainment for adults in way of a small band , live music or even background music.. kids will still enjoy A little quiet at evening time - even from 9-11pm not sure there should be a charge for fresh water mini market could be much bigger - was expensive too, one morning there wasnt milk?

Liked: The pool was ace. The chalet was brilliant. The staff were very friendly.

Could be better: At €6 the wash tokens were expensive. The pizza and beer was expensive.

Liked: Booked as a last minute holiday,great campsite pitches are generous which is what you want when bringing a twin axel caravan

Could be better: More onsite washing and drying machines

Liked: Fabulous site with a good balance of activities, spacious pitches, nice bar and restaurant, and great pool area. We liked the sunbed music idea at busy times to shake out the sunbed hoggers! Great idea to have specific kids club activities like football etc, rather than just a generic kids club.

Could be better: Having stayed at other sites, tennis was expensive at €8.50 an hour usually €5 or free with booking, so we missed out on tennis. The snack bar is good, but 2 portions of grand frites €8, didn't even fill a small bowl of ours, massively overpriced or you need a bigger measure! Not sure you need a deposit for the pedalos, other sites don't.

Liked: This was our 4th time back at Garangeoire, & we are never disappointed. Our boys love all the activities on site & those close by in Grand Defi. I enjoy the spa treatments on site & my husband gets to enjoy a stress free holiday.

Liked: Great facilities, family friendly with lots of activities for kids.

Could be better: It was tricky trying to get sunbeds around the pool because people were reserving them - better policing of this would ensure there are sun beds for everyone during very busy times.

Liked: - Really loved our Safari Lodge - Arrival and departure very slick - Archery with Fabrice excellent - Great pools and slides - All staff really helpful, particularly Emma

Could be better: - Daily beginner's French lessons for adults and children - Bring back the scuba try dive for children

Liked: Loved the atmosphere, the helpful friendly staff and the activities and facilities.

Could be better: Taos accommodation could be better equipped. No good sharp kitchen knives or large drinking glasses. The bar should have a good selection of wines, not just the basic red, white and rose choices. This is France and we like good French wine selections. Also, the small bar kept closing early, 9.30 or 9.40 pm every evening. You could sell good wines here and stay open to 11.

Liked: Great facilities on site. My 6 y o loved the football lessons and especially Mehdi the main coach. Super helpful staff at reception. Loved our spacious pitch, the slides, range of pools and quiet, rural setting. Our two young boys aged 4 and 6 were very sad to leave…

Could be better: One of the 10am football coaches was constantly on her phone looking disinterested. Mehdi was superb, but at times matches were left unsupervised. Our sink leaked and lights didn’t work. The latter was fixed but the former was not. Both football goal nets need repairing (lots of holes). The playground area was ok but maybe needs updating. Feel you need a tunnel slide or proper zip wire.
