Liked: Lovely site. Excellent standards across all areas from ground management, pitch size, helpful staff.

Could be better: Disappointed the shop and Takeaway operated restricted hours (appreciate it is not yet peak season and keeping a pizza oven on is costly). Takeaway food was also disappointing in terms of quality compared with previous visits.

Liked: In short, everything! We chose this as our chill-out after 7 weeks travelling. The pitches are more than generous and access is extremely easy for touring caravans.

Liked: We've been 4 times to La Garangeorie and always had a great time. This time my grown up son stayed with us for a week with his girlfriend. He wanted to show his girlfriend how amazing the site was. It didn't disappoint at all.

Liked: We loved the premium sites. Well worth the extra euros for an extra fridge, barbecue, tables and chairs.

Liked: All the staff go above and beyond to make a perfect stay. Great swimming pools Loads of activities for everyone we especially like Nordic walking, archery, cheese and wine evening, Pilates, aqua fitness and wine tasting in the chateau.

Could be better: We can't think of any improvements

Liked: The campsite itself is very clean and suitable for all ages with plenty to do during your stay. The staff and service was great and everybody is friendly. We ate at the restaurant on a number of occasions and was impressed with the food and service we received, particular thanks to Michael who couldn’t do any more to make our visit any better, also thanks to Kyle.

Could be better: During our stay, we had a cooked chicken from the takeaway, this chicken was so tough that we had to throw it away. As you leave reception on arrival to the pitch the first dog leg bend has a blind spot and it’s not always possible to see the children (or adults!) on bikes, maybe a convex mirror would help? Not sure if already there, but solar would be a great improvement for the environment.

Liked: Reception very welcoming. Bivouac site very comfortable. Market on site well stocked. Family playland.

Could be better: Horse manure smell during dinner was overwhelming. Sanitaries a long way from campsite. Lots of kids everywhere - hard if you’re not used to noise and action. Restaurant closed on Monday during high season.

Liked: Beautiful surroundings and the friendliness of staff was outstanding.

Could be better: Due to weather the pitch was flooded so maybe some sort of drainage. However this did not put us of our stay as weather is up to the gods

Liked: Brillant campsite - huge pitches - great facilities - very friendly and helpful staff
