Liked: A wonderful stay in a wonderful setting that ticked all the boxes. The campsite has the perfect mix of activity and also calm and quiet. It has thought of all the little tiny details that make a stay just that little bit more special

Liked: The best campsite we have ever stayed in - from a family with 3 kids under 10. Plenty of activities, loads of space, safe and spotlessly clean.

Could be better: Allow check in on other days!

Liked: Large pitch and quite location

Could be better: Bar area needs more attention to reduce the number of flys

Liked: The campsite was beautiful. Sites were private, surrounded by nature but not too private to meet neighbours easily. Lovely activities.

Could be better: Water machine only releasing 500 mls with each interaction was very tedious.

Could be better: Entrance driveway very tight with a larger caravan outfit. Overall the site has grown extensively over the many years we have frequented but it feels that it is rapidly reaching its limits in ambience, space or overall delivery of its core values.

Liked: We had great pleasure in returning to this site where we used to bring our children in the early 1990's and are now returning with our children and grandchildren. A lot has changed and developed over the intervening years with the driveway now a route for pedestrians and bikes to get to the shop, bars & swimming pools all beautifully planted with flowers and trees. It was just as relaxing as we had remembered.

Liked: Beautiful campsite, plenty to do, clean and well run. We really enjoyed the discovery walk and the wine tasting. Our children enjoyed the activities. The site has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Could be better: The staff were very lovely but being the start of season not all were totally confident in the systems (I had a spa booking mix up that was not resolved). We found the service to be slow in the restaurant - but the food was very good.

Liked: Excellent site so much going on there was just the two of us with our dogs but would love to return with children and grandchildren

Could be better: Our shower did not work it was scolding hot reported to the office several times finally they had a guy out.. but still didn't work as was then freezing cold. Eventually they had to put a new boiler in but we were used to using there very good showers in the main block by the time it was fixed and were leaving. We were treated to a cheese and wine tasting evening and very apologetic.

Liked: Quiet space close to all amenities

Liked: well run, great helpful staff and excellent pool/slides great experience, good facilities

Could be better: one area for improvement would be to provide evening entertainment for adults in way of a small band , live music or even background music.. kids will still enjoy A little quiet at evening time - even from 9-11pm not sure there should be a charge for fresh water mini market could be much bigger - was expensive too, one morning there wasnt milk?
