Liked: This is our second stay at this site in 6 years and we thought the site has definatly maintained its charm. The facilities for children are great our little boy and us made good use of the tennis courts, table tennis, football pitch, and pool area. The entertainment provided was really good and quite tasteful something for everyone The Saturday evening band were particularly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff that helped out when i stupidly turned up a day early for our holiday. We will definitely return in the future.

Could be better: The life guards could do with a bit more training, especially about the use of mobile phones at the poolside, as this is a distraction where their main focus should be on the safety of the pool area. There were some that did their job well but a couple that let the site down.

Liked: Everything about the park is great, clean, big pitches and the lake is just fabulous

Could be better: Reducing the noise....2am is not acceptable for the bar area still being in use...no idea if drinks were being served but large groups congrated until the early hours and we're very noisy

Liked: Everything was amazing. The pool was the best. The pitch we had was excellent, very shaded so stayed quite cool. lots of activities to do around the pool. Entertainment was very good. Shop was well stocked. The lake and aqua park was very good.

Could be better: The locks in the shower rooms could do with checking as one of my children got locked in it. Apparently, this had happened on other occasions too.

Liked: Lots to do for families (most at extra cost), toilet and showers block was immaculate and clean (hot showers!)

Could be better: Reduce the level of noisy coming from the evening entertainment. A better sound proofed stage would help. Also tell guests on arrival about proximity to main area and how loud it will be every night. You can't talk outside or hear radio over the entertainment. Rubbish and recycling nowhere near the pitches. Saw people driving cars to the bin area. Site information on arrival said there was food waste but this wasn't true.

Liked: 3 families camping together for a week.

Could be better: We thought the quality of the restaurant food could have been better.

Liked: Lovely stay. Beautiful location on the lake. Large pitch. Friendly staff. High ropes course was brilliant.

Could be better: Our children loved the aqua park and it’s a great addition to the lake, but at times there were too many children on it at once and it could be come unsafe-I feel this should have a cap with a max no.

Liked: Outdoor Nice pool area was nice, bar staff and bar was nice, but closed at 21:00 most nights, and very expensive. Shop is well stocked, and reception very helpful.

Could be better: Have more entertainment, keep bar open later. Maybe put some stone down on path areas for when it rains. Also have a look at weekend staff in restaurant as one particular man is unhelpful and rude. Also have a no dogs in restaurant policy.

Liked: Trés beau camping situé dans un cadre forestier avec un grand lac permettant toutes sortes d'activités.L'équipe d'animation (Inés Thomas, Victor...) est souriante, dynamique et très serviable,toujours à votre écoute, comme les propriétaires soucieux de faire progresser encore ce splendide lieu de vacances.

Liked: les enfants ont adoré

Could be better: les chalets ont une maintenance un peu limite....

Liked: Schöne Anlage, sauberes Sanitärgebäude

Could be better: Viel zu Laute Animation und Konzerte bis spät in die Nacht, Pool unbeheizt -> auch bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur sehr kalt, die Kinder haben es höchstens 10 min ausgehalten Alles, wirklich alles (bis auf Pool und Schwimmbad) kostet extra, sogar das 4m Trampolin, das ist lächerlich. Kinderspielplatz könnte Spielgeräte für verschiedene Altersklassen beinhalten und größer sein.
