Liked: It was OK, but disappointing that they could not offer a function room for our Club's events

Could be better: It seemed a bit mean for there to be no kettle or scissors in this class of accommodation. Given the quality of the barbeque (which came with no tools), its daily hire charge seemed excessive. The opening hours of reception, shop etc were not customer friendly.

Liked: Most of the staff were friendly, nice layout of the site and plenty of facilities. Well stocked shop. When the bar was open (only weekends) it was very pleasant.

Could be better: Lots of things needed attention. Dangerous handrails near lake/pool. Insecure doors on mobile home, broken blind, broken door catch, nettles on entry, Restaurant understaffed for a large group. Food wasn't good. The staff that were working were brilliant, doing their best.

Liked: Loved the fact it was early season so very quiet especially no noisy kids Very large pitches and super modern shower block Staff quick to attend to any issues

Could be better: Our pitch hadn't been checked grass was long, fridge defective etc. But we appreciated the help given

Liked: Staff were friendly

Could be better: The site was tired. Shop lacked stock because presumably it was end of season (but then why charge full price for the stay?). Bar area rarely cleaned. Lakeside - rarely cleaned - litter and dog foul left. Restaurant food was very poor and very over priced and lack of choice. Overall - too expensive and will not return as a result. We could get a very nice gite for a lot less!

Could be better: Stay ruined by loud music pumped out across the whole site into the late evening

Could be better: Clearly notifying early season guests that not everything is open and when they are open it is for limited hours. When the site is quiet place guests away from staff accommodation

Liked: L'espace nature,le lac,les 2 piscines.

Liked: Het was gruwelijk heet toen wij er waren maar daar kan de camping ook weinig aan doen. Gelukkig was er een zwembad.

Could be better: Wel vreemd dat er geen bewaker meer bij het hek stond waardoor iedereen dag en nacht het terrein op kan rijden.

Liked: L'accueil d'AGATHE adorable d'aide et de gentillesse pour 2 personnes à mobilité très très réduite. 95 and et 86 ans cardiaque.

Could be better: Laz qualité du logement. Cuisine en très mauvais état., question mobilier
