Liked: Lots to do for families (most at extra cost), toilet and showers block was immaculate and clean (hot showers!)

Could be better: Reduce the level of noisy coming from the evening entertainment. A better sound proofed stage would help. Also tell guests on arrival about proximity to main area and how loud it will be every night. You can't talk outside or hear radio over the entertainment. Rubbish and recycling nowhere near the pitches. Saw people driving cars to the bin area. Site information on arrival said there was food waste but this wasn't true.

Liked: 3 families camping together for a week.

Could be better: We thought the quality of the restaurant food could have been better.

Could be better: Better service facilities for camper vans unable to flush chemical toilet waste very poor. Not something we’ve seen during travels through Europe in some much less expensive campsites/aires , parking. Over priced Second sanitation block to be renovated More washing machines, a bench or picnic table near laundry

Liked: Great animations programme, the staff worked really hard. Lake was great for paddleboarding. Lots to do in the area but most of it is at least half an hour away (we knew this when we booked). Local village has an outstanding restaurant. Shower block is the smartest onen I have ever seen! No waits for the showers and they were very modern and clean.

Could be better: Lake beach a bit small. Restaurant nice but seervice very slow, would use the amazing resto in the village instead.

Liked: It was all good it have great facilities for the family holiday. The restaurant food was not the best was disappointing with the food. Great shop had everything you could need well done.

Could be better: Restaurant looked great and expected great food but disappointed.

Liked: We had a good sized pitch near (but not too near) modern, very well maintained toilet facilities. There was lots going on if you wanted to join in, and it didn't go on too late.

Could be better: Grass on the pitch was very long - not a major issue but it could have done with a cut.

Liked: Lovely stay. Beautiful location on the lake. Large pitch. Friendly staff. High ropes course was brilliant.

Could be better: Our children loved the aqua park and it’s a great addition to the lake, but at times there were too many children on it at once and it could be come unsafe-I feel this should have a cap with a max no.

Could be better: Stay ruined by loud music pumped out across the whole site into the late evening

Could be better: Clearly notifying early season guests that not everything is open and when they are open it is for limited hours. When the site is quiet place guests away from staff accommodation
