Liked: Campsite right next to river in lovely location close to the small town. Great cycle paths along the Loire. Swimming pool is great too but it sadly closes on 1st October but we did manage to swim on its last day.

Liked: Excellent site on the banks of the Loire and just a few minutes walk to the pretty village of Montsoreau and ideal location to explore the region. Good facilities and friendly staff.

Could be better: There were short term problems with intermittent electrical supplies and the communications were not great, however it did not spoil our holiday

Liked: We stayed 10 days on this campsite from the moment we arrived the staff were most helpful the toilets showers ect all so clean lots of hot water restaurant on site nice you can walk into town very nice also you can walk along by the loire beautiful we had a very good experience on this campsite and will definitely be back

Could be better: We booked on line and when we arrived I produced my acci card they did not seem interested they said it was a holiday weekend but we were there for 10 days i think they need to make it clear if they are accepting acci or not

Liked: Beautiful surroundings, nice village, fantastic street art Park 800 m away. The site is very beautiful, the people at reception very friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are good and clean. Good looking restaurant, we didn’t go there as we cook ourselves. We had planned to stay for two nights, we stayed four nights!

Could be better: Longer intervals at the shower! I couldn’t complete a whole song, just a few bars at a time:-)

Liked: The site is situated on the river with lovely views especially riverside pitches. Large, level pitches with easy access to the town. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Could be better: Toilet block is due an upgrade

Liked: The bar and restaurant area was very pleasant. Staff were very helpful.

Could be better: Our emplacement was poor and dark, heavily tree covered, with a little view of the river, despite having paid extra for a riverside pitch.

Liked: We love its location to the river. We enjoy the private facilities, the pool, friendliness of staff. Surrounding shops and villages

Could be better: The sump in the shower could go do with a regular clean.
