Liked: On the river. Close to Montsoreau. Site well presented with friendly and helpful staff team.

Could be better: Pool facilities for young children

Liked: Had a nice stay, but site is not 4 star. Toilets and showers need updating and were not really clean. If you have private bathroom would better as half the showers were close off and dated, so when site is full the facilities need cleaning more frequently.

Could be better: As above, plus block paving by dish washing area are broken and create a lot of trip hazards. More sunbeds or chairs around pool, we had to leave our things on the floor.

Liked: The location is beautiful We stayed here a few times they were really accommodating especially as we had a bereavement and had to bring an extra dog

Could be better: Shame restaurant not open

Could be better: Too crowded- too many vans- noisy pitch with mechanical pump running 24/7 just next to us. No view of river.

Liked: This was the second time we stayed at this lovely site and it didn't disappoint. The location is perfect and it has everything you want and need. Its also very picturesque along the banks of the Loire and great value for price. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facilities are very clean as is the swimming pool. We also used the restaurant which again was excellent food and value for money. Didn't want to leave. We will be returning.

Liked: We loved the bar and restaurant, the food was excellent, a good selection of local wines and everyone was friendly and professional A quiet campsite no loud party campers which suited us. The pitches were a good size and surrounded with hedges and trees. Lovely pool very welcome in the warm and sunny weather. Interesting area with many attractions to visit, good area for walking and leisure cycling with easy off-road tracks and quiet lanes.

Liked: We enjoyed the proximity to the village along the riverside. There was a fabulous pool and the reception staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful
