Liked: Great location, we biked into Samur along cycle paths. Pool immaculately clean

Liked: Every member of staff, from the reception team the bar and restaurant team and the cleaning maintenance staff , all are fantastic! And not forgetting the location and the village, they so beautifully positioned for each to work perfectly in harmony. Sitting outside the post bar with a beer watching the world go by, is one of the highlights of our holiday!

Could be better: Maybe outdoor air conditioning units in the restaurant area

Liked: No fully serviced pitches, electricity was terrible, powers cuts every day, cannot blame the weather as this is Loire Valley and very used to soaring temps !! Would NOT return....

Liked: Quick check in - able to squeeze us in for another night. Dog walk. Location and amenities not far from the site.

Could be better: Starting to look a bit uncared for. Pitches are basically bare earth. Hedges are battered in some places and it's starting to look like a place where there is permanent campers.

Liked: A fabulous campsite on the banks of the Loire. Excellent staff and a lovely large pitches.

Could be better: Upgrade of toilet facilities which I believe is imminent.

Liked: Staff great , peaceful beautiful location and accessible to local amenities. Asked for a sunny pitch which it was, but lacked privacy. Fabulous swimming pool and lovely restaurant. Enjoyed a relaxing week before moving on. Would certainly return.

Could be better: More umbrellas around pool please. An additional snack bar as well as the restaurant.

Liked: Private facilities, good campsite restaurant, superb swimming pool and friendly staff

Could be better: We would like to join your campsite club but apparently we can only join when at a campsite and cannot be given points for the currently booked nights. We believe we can join free at a campervan show but as we come from Guernsey in the Channel Islands we cannot get to a show. If we could have had our nights credited we would have joined. We like to book ahead so it appears that we will never be able to get our points when buying the club card at a site!! We feel you should be offering this deal from the internet rather than only on the sites!! However we enjoy your sites and will be back.

Liked: The lovely freindly welcome we had even though we couldn't speak very good french. The staff/owners went out of their way to speak English for us...they were all do.helpful and freindly...we will definately stay there again if heading that way...lots of places to visit from there from Chateau's to gardens and parks, troglodite caves...walks...beautiful entrance to the village full of roses...small market on Sundays and shops and cafes to enjoy

Could be better: Maybe electric hook ups on own pitch, as a bit worrying going into another person's pitch to.unplug when they have dogs...also maybe a few branches trimmed off the trees, so that the pigeons don't mess all over chairs, tables and washing....not the sites fault...just a suggestion....a lovely site thankyou

Liked: Nice site with clean and plentiful amenities. Easy walk to town. Nice bar and restaurant.

Could be better: Hot water for washing up sinks.

Liked: Lovely large pitches. Perfect location with bars and shops close by

Could be better: Shower and toilet blocks were adequate but could do with updating
