Liked: We loved our stay in the petite orangerie. Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, well equipped home. The campsite was well maintained with lots of activities for the children. Thank you!

Liked: We love everything about Chanteloup. Beautiful site, spacious pitches, lovely pitches, lake, woodlands, staff

Could be better: More hand soap in main toilet block and hot showers also in main block.

Liked: The campsite has a very relaxed feel and excellent facilities.

Liked: Well spaced out with large sites. Also a bit of shade from the forest. Altogether very pleasant.

Could be better: The grey water drains on pitch were built up, meaning the van didn't drain well. There could be a few more chemical toilet dumps or another toilet block or two. Also existing chemical dump was awkward to use as the rinse hose came on when you pressed the tap and only lasted for 5 seconds. You would have needed 3 hands. No food served during the day, just ice-cream and alcohol. Shop only seemed open 830 to 1030am Staff seem a bit stressed about customers opening the freezer. ??

Liked: Wij verbleven met onze kindjes voor de eerste keer bij jullie op het prachtig mooi en super proper kasteeldomein! En het zal zeker niet de laatste keer zijn ☺️ We werden hartelijk verwelkomd en werden begeleid naar onze cabanes. Wat een prachtig verblijf! Super netjes, alles voorhanden en lekker rustig gelegen, maar toch op wandelafstand van het zwembad, speeltuin etc ☀️❣️ Ook het restaurant is een echte aanrader! Heerlijk gegeten !!! Benoit en Valerie zorgen dat alles goed verloopt en het zijn echt super lieve en hartelijke mensen ❣️

Could be better: Goh niet echt iets , maar als ik dan iets moet zeggen misschien een droogrekje voor handdoeken etc aan te hangen bij de cabanes. Eventueel extra kapstokhaakjes voor keukenhanddoeken ☺️ De rest was echt perfect!!!!

Could be better: When booking in customers, it is a little rude to twice be distracted by a colleague. Albeit, it was clear that they were leaving for the Netherlands! We decided to stay at Le Chanteloup, as we had previously stayed here approximately 12 years ago when our children were small. Unfortunately, the experience was not how we remembered it.

Liked: Lovely large pitch on the Pommier section overlooking the courtyard.Loved the rustic charm of the buildings around the courtyard but the shower/ toilet facilities inside were very modern and clean.The pool area was fantastic.Lovely choice of food in the restaurant and good quality. All in all a lovely setting .Very peaceful.Wished we could have stayed longer unfortunately we were only there for 2 nights.Definitely recommend.

Liked: Chateau de Chanteloup was recommended to us for an off circuit stay for the duration of Le Mans 24hr. The setting is delightful and the team were so kind and helpful (Valerie, Ronan & Ines our main contacts). Our pitch was in the woods and it was peaceful and gave a little privacy. The onsite facilities are super and the loos/showers superb.
