Liked: Great site always clean and tidy Reception staff we very welcoming and help full

Liked: The friendly welcome, the lovely views, the good facilities, the pools, the restaurant. Even the flowers were mostly beautiful after this hot summer.

Could be better: Showers in other camping areas

Liked: A lovely chilled and relaxing place to stay, a large pitch, with plenty of space to relax. Lovely atmosphere and friendly helpful staff.

Could be better: A bigger sign showing where reception is, i watched a lot of people getting confused trying to find it

Liked: This was our 43rd year we stayed at Chateau de Chanteloup .. and again it was lovely meeting all our international friends during our months stay. Valerie and Benoit are special hosts .

Liked: Lovely setting in chateaux grounds Pitch in the woods was specious Swimming pool, restaurant , bar , friendly staff activities

Could be better: Maybe more spots around the lake for fishing really only three available

Liked: Our second visit and it was fantastic. We got a pitch by the lake which was super. Staff and owners were so friendly. We will return.

Could be better: Toilets upgrade perhaps

Liked: Loved this site so much! The château and it's grounds are wonderful, the staff are all so friendly and helpful.

Could be better: Free WiFi around the site would be nice

Liked: Woodland paths, quiet and peaceful site within nature. Large pitches, modern laundry (once you have downloaded the app it is easy to use). I downloaded and read the welcome leaflet and was pleased to see your approach to sustainability. Site itself is nice with elegant Chateau and grounds.

Could be better: Disappointed that despite the ban on BBQs for fire safety reasons, some people persisted in using BBQs. At a previous site on this trip, we were asked to sign to say that we would not use a BBQ of any type whilst on the site. It was a large site and everyone observed this. Disappointed that guests put plastic and other waste in the Bio Waste bin by the washing up sinks. Also disappointed that guests leave food waste in the sinks and do not leave them clean after use. No practical public transport nearby. A trip to Le Mans was not practical. Menu in restaurant limited.

Liked: Great location and pitches. Staff were excellent. Great restaurant
