Could be better: There are landfill bins dotted around the site. It would be good if there were also recycling bins around the site too to encourage and enable easy recycling

Liked: A lovely stay in this beautiful campsite! I had visited when I was younger so was pleased to see that the character of Chanteloup was still the same but with many improvements too! A very relaxed campsite with plenty of activities to keep kids busy. The entertainment offered was excellent! The staff/ dream team were very welcoming. A very welcoming campsite!

Could be better: More bins for recycling around the campsite to make it easier to sort waste. Also better signage on what should go into each bin to make it clearer.

Liked: One of the most beautiful and friendly campsite we have been. Very peaceful location but still lovely, great atmosphere and great camping pitches.

Could be better: Maybe a bit maybe more info available about the surrounding area like walks , bike rides. Not great vegetarian options in the restaurant.

Liked: The friendly and relaxed environment. Something for every age from 7years to Grand parents.

Liked: We love your site! Its tranquil, and always gives us some time to chill out and enjoy ourselves.

Could be better: Some easier routes from the woodland pitches to the services please - the route we used last year has been removed! Also, more parasols around the pool would be great :-) Limited free wifi for the entire day would be great, not to stream but to just use for general data.

Liked: The surroundings and locality, the very friendly, warm staff, the bar and restaurant/bakery options for food and drink, the pool is absolutely lovely! The communal bbq was also a big hit!

Could be better: Only tiny ones - mainly to do with the taps and showers. The taps are very hard to work as they are sensors and they just don’t work well which is frustrating when cleaning teeth! Similarly the showers are so short lived because they are timed. I appreciate environmental reasons but it would be good, given the price of the site to have slightly better showers and WiFi.

Liked: Have stayed here since the late 80's for the 24Hrs and must say the site was looking very good with the changes and ongoing work that has been undertaken. Typical Le Mans weekend although did seem less variety of cars and seemingly down on numbers. Baker, fresh croissant and bread every morning..

Could be better: Despite the location, site, hospitality etc. it is an expensive site, even more so as prices are increased somewhat for the Le Mans 'weekend'. Closing restaurant on Sunday for a special site meal, couldn't get alternative all be it Pizza. Shop is very small. Restaurant, 'achilles heel'. Efforts to improve seating area are good but food leaves a lot to be desired, Pizzas OK. 'Special 'Pig' meal extremely expensive for what was served, to be told, only two pieces of cheese! Save your money. Paying for poor WiFi on top.

Liked: Atmosphere and friendliness by staff. Environment of the Chateau grounds. Large screen TV. The Le Mans theme carried through. Garden Party amazing. And provision of the hog roast.

Could be better: Nearer toilet facilities... and one in the Chateau area near the bar....Some quick alternative to pizzas. And there was no provision for vegetarian on hog roast night. How about a free to you mobile catering company would help to take stress off yourselves and provide more alternatives. Live band would do better if it played covers as Brits love singing and dancing along to their favourite band music. Alternative TV for watching other sporting type activities.

Liked: Very welcoming, fantastic facilities. Food in the restaurant & takeaway much better than last year. The pitches are great which are well maintained and spacious.

Could be better: The children’s play area was getting over grown and some of the equipment could not be used.

Liked: Alles, wat een leuke plek. Heerlijke plek en de kinderen vonden het een fijne rustige camping. Niet zo massaal
