Liked: We keep returning to Chanteloup because it simply doesn't get any better if you are camping. The facilities are top notch, clean and multiple. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. A special mention to Simone who was absolutely fabulous from checking in to ensuring we got Cider on draught! Thank you Simone!!

Liked: We arrived to a very friendly welcome and that’s the vibe of the whole place everyone staff and other guests were all so welcoming and it gives the place a very relaxed vibe.

Liked: This was the third we stayed here as a great stopover for a few days before or after port. Staff very friendly and helpful and loved the La Mans vibe this time

Could be better: Wish there was a rail into pool to assist Shame the toilets far away as my husband has mobility issues

Liked: The campsite within the chateau ground makes this a wonderful place to stay. The facilities are within easy access from wherever you are situated. The staff are very helpful for any issues that occur.

Liked: what make it special here, the house the grounds are all wonderful but the staff are amazing from check in to check out arranging the local vet for our dog to serving beer and awesome pizza. I had booked a vet over an hour away but they managed to cancel this for me and re book a vet 10 mins away. We asked for pitch 22 right in front of the lake as it was peaceful and quiet - it did not disappoint, we will be back next year for sure, oh and the run with the local postman was brilliant
