Liked: Location, pitches, clean, good access with a large caravan

Liked: Choose your own pitch. Able to find large pitch with plenty of shade. Very helpful reception. Good English spoken. Bread could be ordered for next morning. Pleasant bar for a drink. Also served food. Good value for money. Didn’t use swimming pool but busy with plenty of loungers. Excellent location less than 10 minutes from A20. Supermarket and petrol 3 minutes drive away.

Liked: Good facilities and helpful staff. Lovely swimming pool. Good position, near the town and walks by the river.

Could be better: Needs more water points, not many to be found, needs more sighnage. Good pitches

Liked: Only stayed one night this trip, will certainly stay longer next year and enjoy the town. Reception staff helpful and food in restaurant excellent.

Liked: We stayed here for two nights to meet up with friends and to see the town. The site was easy to find, well located near the river with great variety for walks with the dogs. It's an interesting town with bags of character, plenty of bars and restaurants plus independent shops.

Could be better: The location of water taps could be more clearly indicated.

Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Super clean toilets, lots of shadey pitches, pool clean and well kept and good choice of food on the restaurant menu.

Could be better: None. Except more staff required at the restaurant.

Liked: Location was excellent, staff friendly, lovely pool. On a very hot day pool staff extended opening time.

Could be better: We had kitchen /bathroom annex, fridge door was damage and kitchen had been left grubby. Booked a 8.30am inspection but had to chase it up and didn't get seen until 9am as we had a 8 hour drive ahead of us.
