Liked: Sophie’s work on our behalf when we needed a pitch! Excellent service! Pitch size great Facilities good but I have serious issues to report. We stayed over a weekend and we felt the cleaning team were not providing a 4star service. Toilet paper ran out and was not replaced for ages. The most important aspect was cleaning. Obviously hoses and soapy water were used but little attempt made to use the tool to dry the floors. Even the handicapped toilets were awash. This is a health and safety issue which needs sorting out! I ended up moving the water myself. Also mounds of wet hair piled up.

Could be better: See comments re Health & Safety training. Also rubbish bins by services not emptied nearly often enough and overflowed.

Liked: Relaxed, friendly and comfortable site with good facilities. Ideal for a stroll to the nearby beach and restaurants.

Could be better: Plumbing in washing up area & showers & toilet area were always flooded. This was the same last year, not good enough

Liked: The welcome at reception was very pleasant and unhurried. As a guest in France I try to respect the language and despite her perfect English the receptionist let me continue without prompting or correction - I liked that! The walk to Quiberville town and beach is quite short and very pleasant.

Could be better: We stayed only two nights and it was busy but the recycling bins became full and we didn't see them emptied.

Liked: Camping très fréquenté, emplacement pas très plat, accueil chaleureux, votre commande de viennoiseries apporté sur votre emplacement. Sanitaire moderne et bien entretenu. Chiens admis.

Could be better: alors que les infrastructure existes, pas de Bar ( Buvette) ni de simple snack.
