Liked: Location and the new demarcation on pitches, although for a caravan the pitches are not wide enough

Could be better: Better chemical toilet waste point, wider pitches

Liked: The reception staff were helpfully

Could be better: We knew we were arriving late - we had pin for entry and pitch no but knew there could be a problem from past experience. We tried to phone you to confirm but you never responded. When we arrived someone else had taken our pitch. He was rude and abusive. We had to tour the site in the dark to find an alternative- the site was full so it was difficult. You need to protect reserved pitches and answer the phone.

Liked: A quiet relaxing site

Could be better: Water point signposted clearly and chemical waste disposal signposted as I was asked by three campers where these were located

Liked: Gute Sänitäranlagen, schöner Standplatz

Liked: Lovely pitches. Showers spotlessly clean. Easy access to the city. Yours is brilliant for cyclists.

Liked: A great location or completing parts of the Velo a Loire and visiting some lovely chateaux. The site is well appointed and offers good wi-fi to research travel/cycling plans. Staff speak English and are very helpful. Easy access to Tours from the site and well worth a visit.

Could be better: None for us!

Liked: Excellent cycle track into the City.

Could be better: Pitches not marked and toilets not heated so cold after shower.

Liked: grote plaats, nr 74

Could be better: duidelijk aangeven dat electra apart besteld moet worden

Liked: Goede ruime plekken Stroom aan de plek Goede voorinformatie

Could be better: Oud sanitair Op de camping alles dicht

Liked: Dicht bij de snelweg vriendelijk personeel mooie omgeving

Could be better: Airco in chalet
