Liked: Everything we needed was available on site and close to our pitch: good food, clean washrooms, laundry. On the second night there was great live music playing unobtrusively in the area of the pool/bar which added to the lovely laid-back atmosphere. The interesting town of Navarranx and a Carrefour Express is a very short walk away.

Liked: We found Beau Rivage by accident and I’m so glad we did. It’s friendly, well kept, small and quiet but has all the facilities you need - plus a few extras. Pizzas were available on one of the nights we were there, and a different visiting food truck the next night. There was a 2-man band playing great music unobtrusively near the small bar on Thurs night. There’s a small pool, a laundry and a truck with fresh bread, fruit and vegetables that visits most mornings. The fascinating town is only a short walk away. Will definitely return!

Liked: Nearby town of Navarrenx is just a few minutes walk and very beautiful, lovely swimming pool, large pitches, quiet campsite, helpful staff

Liked: Great location walking distance to the town, friendly staff, nice swimming pool, good facilities. Good site for walking or cycling.

Could be better: A shame that there was no restaurant open on site at end of June; too early in season? Site was full and spoke to many people who were disappointed that this facility wasn't available for lunch or evening meal. Only downside really.
