Liked: The site is actually very nice have to be prepared for the long trek to the beach which feels a lot longer than 300 m when you’re trying to carry paddle boards and equipment down to the lake and the beachfront was very disappointing and that may be because the site has chosen to leave it natural but I would not consider this to be a beach of any description. It was just more like the edge of the wood on the lake so we had no areas particularly for set up to enjoy the day down there. The lake itself is stunning but the wind can carry you very quickly.

Could be better: A honest description of the trek down to the lake should be details on website.

Liked: Staff are friendly but I have never experienced anything like this site. Despite booking in Feb, and speaking and paying for their VIP pick your own spot, and them recommending the plot. I was not able to pick my motorhome or my small tent. They then asked me to move after. To be honest, my family was ravaged with mosquito bites at this site, they didn't even have toilet rolls. At the restaurant the food was ok but they expected us to collect our food and clear our plates. These were not McDonald's prices and I spent circa €170 on a meal. We had enough and left after one night.

Could be better: Kein Toilettenpapier, kleine Duschen, Zugang zum See mindestens 300 m mit schlechtem Zugang.

Liked: Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das war aber leider alles was uns an diesem Platz gefallen hat.

Could be better: Die Sanitäranlagen sind total veraltet. Das Seeufer bietet nichts. Es lädt auch nicht gerade zum Verweilen ein. Ist wohl eher ein Hundeauslauf, statt eines Strandes. Mit einem eigenen Boot mag es ja noch OK sein. Ansonsten liegen noch mit Grünspan übersäte Kajaks, und mit Hundekotbeuteln gekrönt in der Prärie rum. Wir haben sofort entschieden am nächsten Morgen abzureisen.

Could be better: Kein Toilettenpapier auf der Toilette. Keine Seife zum Händewaschen.

Liked: Sehr ruhig Es gibt einen kleinen Shop und Pizza Seelage

Could be better: Kein Toilettenpapier und keine Seife Wifi muss bezahlt werden

Liked: The staff were very helpful and the pitches were a good size and shaded.

Could be better: The grocery store could be better stocked and the restaurant improved. Also either a little boat taxi or shuttle bus to Bauduen would be a good asset.

Liked: Der Stellplatz war schön, das Personal sehr freundlich

Could be better: Der Strand ist unmöglich und der Zugang zum Strand eine Zumutung
