Liked: As before a great location, beaches and village near by but not on top of you. We loved our own personal loo shower kitchen.

Could be better: The rubbish bin pin was always very messy and smelly, based right at the entry barrier.

Liked: The site is clean and tidy, with a mix of sun and shade on the sites. It is an easy walk to the Plage de la Redoubt or into the vibrant village of Portes en Re. Lots of easy cycling with well marked trails. Small bar on site doing great pizzas, wine is reasonably priced and beer is local. Staff are great, easy going and happy to listen to schoolboy French ( merci a vous)

Could be better: There is a small, well maintained pool, but no supervision of children ( and adults) jumping in and splashing smaller children. Bring your speedos, chaps, swimming shorts are forbidden

Liked: Friendly stall, kept clean and tidy, location near beautiful beaches.

Could be better: Shower block whilst adequate was a bit tired, although staff kept it very clean. The gents urinals were visible as soon as you entered the block which was off- putting, and would benefit from a swing door or screen of some sort. The block was a bit smelly at times. The site details immediately the site was closer to the beach than it was.

Liked: C'est vraiment super de trouver encore des campings qui ne ferment pas mi septembre. On peut encore profiter du climat. Surtout qu'il a fait très beau cette quinzaine.

Could be better: Un peu plus d'assiduité pour le nettoyage des sanitaires serait un plus. Mais faut avouer que peu après le nettoyage par le responsable, c'était à nouveau sali. certains campeurs ont vraiment de la peine a respecter le minimum de propreté et de respect tel que juste tirer la chasse d'eau après avoir fait leurs besoins.

Liked: Very easy and helpful check in, and quick brief on the facilities. Nice, generous pitch that was level, and good facilities

Could be better: Clear up the leaves more often.

Liked: Bike friendly, sandy beaches, good pitch, clean facilities., bar and bar meals were good, friendly staff, laid back vibe

Liked: Reception was welcoming, pool was small but never crowded. The snack bar drinks were very limited and a shame they didn’t sell wine by the glass. Toilets and showers were good, never had to queue.

Could be better: A bit more drinks selection at the bar. Open the bar for bread at 8.00.

Liked: Loved the location itself and the easy access to nearby beaches. We cycled all over the area and were very impressed with the paths and ease of access to nearby villages

Could be better: Would have liked more water taps around the site

Liked: The pitches are large and surrounded by vegetation giving lots of natural shade. The toilets and showers are always perfectly clean. The staff are super friendly and eager to make the stay enjoyable. Close to beach and lovely little town. Access to great cycle paths

Could be better: The place for filla motorhome with water and emptying waste is difficult to access.

Liked: Bar, snack bar,beach.

Could be better: Dog walking area. Restaurant?
