Liked: Yet another lovely visit to the Ile de Re.

Liked: Perfect start to our holiday. Nothing was too much to ask at reception. Very helpful and accommodating. We didn’t want to leave and can see why it booked up well in advance. Would definitely return.

Could be better: Nothing.

Liked: Personel was friendly, electricity was good.

Could be better: Nothing todo for the kids except the swimming pool, however they were renovating a building next to the pool which resulted in sawing and chopping and a lot of dust.

Liked: Had a lovely stay at this campsite , it’s very friendly , staff are very helpful , good position close to the town and the beach and cycle paths

Could be better: Toilets and showers dirty and need upgrading

Liked: This campsite is in a fantastic location - minutes walk from several stunning beaches, next to a nature reserve & a short walk from the nearest small town with daily market in high season. The pool is small but a good depth & clean. Reception staff were very friendly & helpful.

Could be better: Wash blocks desperately need cleaning!!! Whilst we were there there was only one check per 24 hrs - not remotely enough for a crazy busy site where wash blocks are being used 24/7. Hair & mud everywhere, no loo roll for 12 hours. The showers themselves were pathetically weak - fixed to the wall so impossible to wash soap off & definitely no chance to wash hair. Water burst out in weak splutters not even a continuous flow. Pitches small & odd shaped. Building work going on outside site & one nite kept up all night by some kind of drunken rave nearby.

Liked: Great location near Les Portes and beaches. Facility block was clean and maintained regularly throughout the day.

Could be better: Having water points and grey water drains around the site would have been helpful.

Liked: Perfect location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Bus stop just outside site. Clean facilities. Peaceful.

Could be better: Nothing

Liked: The campsite is bigger than you think with easy walk to the beach and local town, bike hire is also available. The toilet facilities are also very good. We can recommend this site

Could be better: A better map of the site would be helpful

Liked: Terrible experience. Site needs closing down and completely rebuilding. Scruffy dirty unkempt
