Liked: Great little site with all the necessary amenities. Very helpful staff who were attentive and diligent in their work. The toilets and showers were cleaned 3 times a day at the same time every day. We booked a large pitch and it was larger than on most sites that you would find in the UK. The town was small but bustling and had a varied selection of shops and restaurants which served excellent food and wine. Using bikes we explored the area which is completely flat and bike friendly. All the nearby towns are picturesque with lovely markets, shops and restaurants. St Martin was our favourite.

Liked: Great location for North of the island. Very close to beautiful beach and fabulous restaurants.

Could be better: The pitches are in need of attention. We had a dangerous, unsecured drainage grid at the entrance. The ground was sand/dirt which turned into mud very quickly.

Could be better: Toilet block could do with updating and so could the snack bar. No bars or shops lo al To campsite so be nice if the bar had more options

Liked: Great location for village & beach. Relaxed atmosphere friendly staff. Bar area (went out of season ) so only open for football, but enjoyed. Good facilities.

Could be better: Don't get a pitch near toilets due to buzzer when coding in and out.

Liked: Nice relaxing campsite close to centre of Portes en Re with very good facilities...very helpful & friendly receptionist

Liked: It was really peaceful when we were there (end June) but appreciate that was outside school holidays. Amenities all clean and well laid out. Good shade which was great as it was very hot! Staff were super helpful and friendly, liked being able to order fresh pastries and bread for the morning

Could be better: None that I can think of, we only stayed 2 nights though
