Liked: Pleasant stay. Minor point is that swimming pool opens at 10.00 hours, 09.00 hours should be more convenient for the tempoararily visitors of the park and closing time 20.00 hours instead of 19.00 hours. Playground closes at 20.00 hours, 21.00 hours should be nice for the kids.

Could be better: Extending swimming pool and playground timeslots.

Liked: This bungalow was clean, new and had all that we needed. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Being able To just walk to the beach was a plus.

Could be better: If I had to improve on anything, I wish someone spoke in Basque being that it’s the PaysBasque or had some entertainment in Basque. My son would’ve enjoyed even more.

Liked: We loved our stay, difficult to improve the experience.

Could be better: The bed sheets quality are poor and have caused some annoyance. The shop on site could be bigger and have a better selection of fresh products. Too few washing machines available in the lavatory. On site surf board rental service was missing this year, a real shame. The surf partner this year is too far removed from the campsite. It would be good to have a dedicated space to leave leftover groceries/cleaning products etc for other guests to use after our stay. A (swim) toy ‘library’ would be great to have and leave things after our stay.

Liked: Everything was well maintained and clean, the beach was near, swimming pool was nice and also some other activities were enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Liked: Very quiet and familiar camping. Nice bungalows. The beach close to the camping.

Could be better: The supermarket is very small and has few things.

Could be better: Pas de location de serviette. Location de draps mais draps "jetable" j aurais dû prendre les miens même si nous avons tt de même bien dormi (bonne literie)
