Liked: Great site and position near the sea, kept very clean

Could be better: Soap and dryers for toilet block

Liked: We love everything at the site. It was also a delight to find the pool open for a few extra days of good weather.

Could be better: We couldn’t find our cupboard with the cleaning bits and bowl for the sink. We think it needs a handle to make it more obvious - but this is just a tiny detail.

Liked: Convenient for Lovely St Jean De Luz Warm water to swim in Beach bar for sunset Good pool

Could be better: The sea water was slightly cloudy and may not haff be even as clean as I would have liked

Liked: Private toilet/shower block was a real plus. Proximity to coastal walks. On-site restaurant (though we found the waitress:manager officious and a little intimidating due to her manner)

Could be better: Stop the Group system sending out a message to ask what time we’d like to arrive after 12 noon. We said 13.15/13.30 and the Reception only opened after 14.00, so we were hanging around for an hour.

Could be better: More common sense attitude to dogs. Despite coming to the campsite for the last 11 years and sometimes twice a year we shall not be coming back as you have told us our two dogs are not welcome together. As together they weigh less than 15kg (one is only 4kg) you could take a more common sense approach. Whilst I appreciate that you don’t want 2 large dogs on-site as ours are so small I find your attitude unfair.

Liked: Lovely pitch, shaded & close to the beach. Toilets were clean. Amazing location approx 20 min cycle to Saint Jean de Luz.

Liked: Great site, very well laid out. Great pitch. Easy access to the sea and a lovely pool. Very clean and well kept. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly.

Could be better: The menu at the restaurant could be improved for our taste. Too much 'fast food'. Would have enjoyed some more traditional French cooking with meat and fish with vegitables etc.
