Liked: Love everything about this campsite. it's location is unbeatable and it's always very clean and tidy

Liked: We really enjoyed our four night stay. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The pitches are large and well laid out with lovely sea views from our pitch. Excellent restaurant and good sanitaires. We would be happy to stay again.

Could be better: Hotter water in the showers.

Liked: All staff were friendly and helped us when we had a disaster with the caravan coming off the tow bar as we left The reception and maintenance staff helped above and beyond their remit. We would recommend this site and will be back again😀

Liked: The pitch was great very spacious location great for beach and saint jean de luz

Could be better: If you do not segregate the toilets, please put toilet seats on?

Liked: Had a see view pitch, still close to all the facilities. Showers hot, pot wash hot. 2 minutes from beach, restaurants and bars. 15/20 min walk to town along coastal route. Return visit and will return.

Could be better: It was quite noisy. You could use electric hedge cutters.

Liked: Stayed 2 nights on a sea view pitch. 50 min walk in SJDLL after our small dog was refused bus pass. Lovely town to explore. Had a nice, very reasonable meal at the popular in-house bar/restaurant. Would stay again.

Liked: From ringing up two days before our stay to see if there was room for us, to the end of our fortnight, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, particularly Marina and Elma in reception. The pitches were large with easy access to water, waste and electricity hook-up. The swimming pool was heated and inviting and the restaurant and epicerie were adequate for our needs. The proximity to the beach was a real bonus and the whole St Jean-de-Luz area is wonderful.

Could be better: The access road could do with improvement but we realise that this was not the responsibility of the campsite.
