Liked: All staff were friendly and helped us when we had a disaster with the caravan coming off the tow bar as we left The reception and maintenance staff helped above and beyond their remit. We would recommend this site and will be back again😀

Liked: The pitch was great very spacious location great for beach and saint jean de luz

Could be better: If you do not segregate the toilets, please put toilet seats on?

Liked: From ringing up two days before our stay to see if there was room for us, to the end of our fortnight, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, particularly Marina and Elma in reception. The pitches were large with easy access to water, waste and electricity hook-up. The swimming pool was heated and inviting and the restaurant and epicerie were adequate for our needs. The proximity to the beach was a real bonus and the whole St Jean-de-Luz area is wonderful.

Could be better: The access road could do with improvement but we realise that this was not the responsibility of the campsite.

Liked: Staff very pleasnt and accommodating.All the facilities was kept very clean. Campsite clean and very tidy, when the pitches were vacated they were visited by staff and tidied ready for the next occupier. Great Campsite for a holiday, we will definitely return.

Liked: Friendly helpful staff. Proximity to beach and Guingette bar. The quality of food at the on-site bar was excellent. Clean well-maintained campsite throughout.

Liked: Large level pitch 66, good cycling from site, swimming pool, very clean sanitaries. Whole site look after very well.

Could be better: Access road, cloth washing tap pressure.

Liked: Excellent camp spout by last night noise &.Disgusting behaviour by neighbouring visitors who let their children play in playground after 22.30 & also The parents both relieving themselves on the pitch instead of using excellent facilities not far away They shouldn’t be allowed on a camp site Couldn’t complain as we had to leave prior to reception opening Otherwise excellent camp & restaurant just the Morons on our last night spoiling it

Could be better: Not allowing Feral families on site
