Liked: Location, restaurant, layout

Could be better: Water in showers took long time to get warm, internet rubbish despite paying 5 euros extra. Paying too much extra for dog.

Liked: Reception very friendly and efficient. Spoke excellent English. Site well planned., clean and tidy Pool area looked very inviting, as did the restaurant. We didn’t use either as didn’t have time, but both looked good.

Liked: This bungalow was clean, new and had all that we needed. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Being able To just walk to the beach was a plus.

Could be better: If I had to improve on anything, I wish someone spoke in Basque being that it’s the PaysBasque or had some entertainment in Basque. My son would’ve enjoyed even more.

Could be better: Soap! Probably a lot to ask but to be able to swim in the pool if we come in October.
