Liked: Good location right by the beach and close to the motorway so we could easily continue our journey the next day

Could be better: Toilet seats!!!

Liked: Well- kept, neat and tidy site. Cleanliness of shower and wc facilities, excellent Restaurant with lovely staff. Lovely pool. Great location near beach.

Could be better: Showers need to be warmer.

Liked: On arrival, the receptionist was lovely ,very friendly, welcoming, and spoke excellent English. Our pitch was spacious and open, and we stayed for four nights. The campsite restaurant was great, and the beautiful beach was just a 5-minute walk away, with a few bars and restaurants nearby. We loved sitting with a sangria, watching the surfers and the stunning sunset. Perfect stay — we’ll definitely be back!

Could be better: Small shop for essentials

Could be better: Another Chemical Disposal closer to the reception would be a benefit as I am getting older the distance is not so easy Maybe an upgrade to the booking system to include the size of the unit motorhome caravan etc and also an option to add ACSI details in the booking

Liked: Being greeted by two very helpful smiling ladies at reception after a long tiring journey, Who were very willing to find a pitch and facilities for your stay.was very rewarding. Receptionist Marina was outstanding from other receptioists of other campsites.

Could be better: Some toilets in the Shower Bloque.

Liked: Good size pitch with a view of the sea. Lovely swimming pool. Excellent reception staff (Elma and Marina) who were helpful and caring.

Could be better: Better signage at the sanitary block to ensure that the disabled facwere not used by non-disabled. Poor quality access road.

Liked: Excellent location beside the sea, great facilities - pool, restaurant. Very good pitch size (some varied on how level they were). Short cycle to St Jean de Luz (mainly easy but a steep climb in both directions!) Weekend animations gave a lively atmosphere but finished by 11pm.

Could be better: Need to consider separate gender shower facilities (this easily done as two shower areas could be designated)

Could be better: Not sure if sewage was being released into stream feeding into sea

Liked: Lovely site great facilities and location is perfect for the beach

Liked: We really enjoyed our four night stay. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The pitches are large and well laid out with lovely sea views from our pitch. Excellent restaurant and good sanitaires. We would be happy to stay again.

Could be better: Hotter water in the showers.
