Liked: Your Staff was really nice, Camping place was clean and a lot of space. Also the Pizza was really good.

Could be better: It was really really distrubing how loud your animation and party was two nights in a row. There are so many campers who do not want this entertainment and it really should have been possible to turn down the music a bit or turn the speakers into a different direction. Yes, after 23pm it was over but there were also children who wanted to sleep.

Liked: Lage vom Mobilheim

Could be better: Mobilheim steht schief, Türen fallen zu und man hat das Gefühlt bergauf zu laufen. An der Rezeption wie im Restaurant spricht keiner Englisch. Verständigung schwierig, hauptsache es wird bezahlt, Personal unfreundlich. Bei der Ankunft gab es Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, Rezeption geschlossen, telefonisch keiner erreichbar, durch Nachbarn Notfallnummer gefunden, allerdings bis 22Uhr. Hygiene im Mobilheim schlecht, teilweise in Ecken nie geputzt bzw Staub und Spinnennetze entfernt. Auf der Terasse stehen Holzstücke ab, Verletzungsgefahr, Pool wird nicht an Vorschriften gehalten, an keine

Liked: nature campsites with a lot of space and privacy. Its near the beach, which is nice. We also liked the live events in the evenings at Tonis Pizza Restaurant. Also liked the uncomplicated checkin after opening hours.the pool was nice, but more benches and day beds would be nice

Could be better: The washrooms where old and sometimes dirty. The amount of showers and toiletts where not enough for the number of people. Unfortunately we had a very unwelcoming experience at the reception. We didnt get any informations about the camping (wifi/entrance code/ breakfast/etc.

Liked: Der Platz an ist sehr schön die Stellplätze sind sehr groß die sanitär Anlagen sind ok

Could be better: Leider hat uns der Besuch im Restaurant enttäuscht. Von den Servicekräften sprach nur eine Kellnerin ein wenig Englisch, was die Kommunikation für internationale Gäste sehr schwierig machte. Eine andere Bedienung, die kein Englisch sprach, wirkte zudem unfreundlich. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig – unter unserem Tisch lagen noch Essensreste. Das Abendprogramm beziehungsweise die Musik war außerdem extrem laut, sodass man sich während des Essens kaum unterhalten konnte.

Liked: El mobil home era fantástico y la ubicación del camping también

Could be better: Las instalaciones necesitan mejor mantenimiento: piscina, baños y duchas con elementos rotos y oxidados. La información general es escasa, sin horarios de actividades. Al alquilar sábanas solo entregan una por cama y sin funda de almohada. La piscina carece de supervisión: no se cumplen normas, saltos e hinchables sin control. Esta falta de vigilancia se nota también en el resto del camping.

Could be better: Extremely dirty campsite. Trash flying around did not interest anyone. The showers and bathrooms were filthy, there was always trash and hair - could easily be improved by providing a trash can at the restrooms and cleaning service more than once a day. Pool is small and without any shadow, no supervision. Although ordered there was often not the requested bread or croissants left if you didn’t arrive early to pick it up.

Liked: Camping dichtbij zee. Camping zelf wat tegengevallen. Sanitaire voorzieningen slecht onderhouden, hopeloos ouderwets, maar wel schoon. Veel bouwactiviteiten op de camping. Ruime plaatsen, mooi zwembad.

Could be better: sanitair moet hoognodig vernieuwd worden. Belachelijke prijs voor het verblijf van een hond, waar NIETS tegenover staat.

Liked: Bonne écoute et compréhension de la direction suite à une difficulté rencontrée. Une direction soucieuse du bien être des clients et appliquée à faire respecter le règlement.

Could be better: Lors de notre arrivée il serait bien d'informer les clients sur les services proposées ex : machines à laver : emplacement, si besoin de jetons, sèche liinge.. supermarché ou supérette à proximité... et également de mettre à disposition des dépliants sur les lieux à visiter ou activités possible aux alentours
