Liked: Nice welcome and happy friendly reception staff. Good level spacious grass pitch. We were able to choose where we wanted to go. Clean sanitary block with hot showers. Good train connection for Nancy and cycling routes from site. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but seemed popular as it was busy every evening. Majority of campers appeared to stay for one night only - “ en route”

Could be better: Adjacent to the pool area could benefit from more chairs / recliners / umbrellas. They were v limited and had seen better days.

Liked: The calm and relaxed atmosphere

Could be better: Maybe the lower branches of the trees could be trimmed back a little so that they weren’t scraping across the roof of the van and possibly damaging solar panels/WiFi router attachment etc

Liked: It was only a short stop over at the end of the season. The facilities were adequate, but there could be improvements. The welcome was courteous but not friendly

Could be better: Water on site. Better washing up facilities - dish washing in a sink clearly designed for clothes, even though it was marked as dishwashing was difficult. The option of either washing up in the male or female toilet blocks was awkward for male and female couples who were doing it together . No hairdryer in facilities, particularly as it is only a 6amp campsite

Liked: Location was great, staff friendly and very quiet at night. Nice views of the river, easy to get the train to Nancy. Cycle paths from the site were brilliant. Pool was very nice.

Could be better: Water in showers was cold at times.,

Liked: Toilet blocks were good. Very friendly and happy to oblige staff. Good sized pitches.

Could be better: Better defined pitch separation.

Liked: On our arrival we found a variety of pitches size and position, with and with out shade. The facilities are very good and the staff in reception and restaurant were superb. Friendly, helpful and efficient. The Location close to the Moselle river and the medievel town Liverdun (which has a railway connection to Nancy) make this a great base to explore the area.

Could be better: Sometimes the facilities needed checking more often when busy.

Liked: Friendly reception. Good sized pitches. Close to the lovely historic village of Liverdun. Easy access by train to the beautiful city of Nancy.

Liked: Nice position by the river. Pleasant trees (mainly cherries) around, and plenty of birds.

Could be better: After light rain the paths became extremey muddy and slippery, and difficult to walk on. The dishwashing area is infuriating. You have used laundry-style basins for normal dishwashing. As a result, a normal dishwashing bowl won't fit into them. Because of the strange drain cover (plug) the basin itself cannot be filled. Push-in taps deliver too juch or too little water and cannot be easily controlled. I know it happens on other sites in France (but nowhere else ? and not everywhere in France), but the lack of toilet seats, toilet paper, and soap in the hjand washing area is very annoying.

Liked: Nice looking site with good shower blocks. Staff very helpful when I had a problem with the motorhome.

Could be better: Trees make it difficult to access some pitches
