Liked: We have stayed at Le Picard a few times now . We are always made to feel welcome by Delphine and Laurent. The food in the restaurant is excellent, all freshly cooked by Laurent. Overall a wonderful stay.

Could be better: The only thing I can say is the toilet and shower block could do with a little updating. But that is a very small point ,and no way reflects on our wonderful stay.

Liked: The site is beautiful, tranquil and is very well situated to see the historic sites of the area. We visited with my sister and her husband who know the area well. We emigrated to Canada and have always wanted to explore the D Day landing beaches. We weren’t disappointed. The site and surroundings were better than we anticipated. Now we know why our relatives have been visiting for many years.

Could be better: The Snack Bar is a misnomer, it would be more accurately described as a Bistro, and should be renamed. The food was excellent.

Liked: We have been staying at Le Picard from 1997 . We try to get our at least twice a year, if possible. Delphine and Laurent are delightful owners, they are very friendly. We have a favourite pitch and they always try to put us on it.

Liked: Excellent hosts. Peaceful site so conveniently placed for visiting the sites of Normandy.

Liked: An excellent start to our holiday. We have stayed here before and really enjoyed our previous visits so booked again. Will definitely book again

Could be better: Nothing

Liked: Rural, very quiet. Helpful and efficient reception staff. Wash block was spotless. Lovely cafe open three nights a week on request.
