Liked: Good positioning for stop over stay on route to ferry. Some difficulty booking and paying on line - were able to pay in full on arrival without problem.

Could be better: Better ventilation in shower area - wash rooms adjacent to showers which meant water and steam from showers ran under and into wash rooms. Better marking of pitches and policing. After we arrived we noticed several other campers arrive and struggle to find a suitable pitch with electric points spaced far apart. Local area - Stopped off in town and noted several locals drinking and hanging around the main supermarket. Same men were there the next morning - felt quiet intimidating After hours, noisy with loud music at 2-3 am. Not sure if from campsite or nearby estate

Liked: After a long day of driving we arrived at Camping Ettelbruck only to find we'd booked for the wrong date. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Beautiful location, great food in the restaurant, space for the children to play. 10/10 would recommend.

Liked: very helpful reception staff, lovely pitches, food at the restaurant was very good, shower block dated but very clean and tidy

Liked: Our stay was calm and quiet, the sanitary facilities and the areas were clean, there are playgrounds for kids.

Liked: Very nice camping

Could be better: The electricty outlets were located in the places below. Some brush and other vegetation should have been cleared to provide access.

Liked: Stayed here to visit the town and it’s history. The camping is within walking distance from the centre and is very quiet.

Liked: The check-in was unproblematic.

Could be better: We came before 9pm, but we were told that the kitchen is already closed (contrary to what was said on a note on the wall) and we cannot get anything to eat. People around us were still getting their food ordered a few minutes earlier. Very frustrating and unwelcoming.

Liked: Nice clean showers, good walks nearby (but hilly!)

Could be better: WiFi round the whole site, clearer site markings

Liked: A very friendly welcome and we could choose our own pitch. It was beautifully quiet (although it is May and no children were on site), well-maintained and well laid-out. The facilities were very clean (and included in the price). The bar area was lovely, really friendly and plenty of drink choices plus some food on offer too. Very good value and would 100% recommend this lovely camp. We only stayed one night, would stay longer next time.
