Liked: We liked the spot, that there was a pool and that we had a restaurant at the location

Liked: Staff were lovely and multilingual. Gave us a non-pitch pitch so that we could be next to our friends. Amenities great and cleaned daily. Great communication around arrival and region fire bans received in advance.

Could be better: We requested neighbouring pitches months ago, I think there was an error earlier in the day, but the staff member who checked me in moved things around and gave us a good options. Swimming pond was somewhat murky, would have been good to have been given reassurance it was tested regularly and safe in a heat wave.

Liked: We live in Singapore and this was the second time we visited this camp ground during a Europe trip. It's an amazing place with super friendly staff, lots of things to do for the kids and a relaxing environment for the adults. I highly recommend it!

Could be better: The kids took the bucket from the mobile home to the pond, broke it, and when we informed the team at checkout were charged EUR 20 for a plastic bucket. While I agree that they shouldnt have taken the bucket / shouldnt have broken it, EUR 20 felt quite steep and the amount choses somewhat at random.

Liked: Die Lage, der tolle See, der freundliche Service.

Could be better: Die Sanitäranlagen könnten öfters geputzt werden!!!

Liked: Nous cherchions un camping avec étang de pêche, et le camping des castors a répondu à nos attentes. Les poissons étaient au rendez-vous. L'endroit est calme, reposant, verdoyant, propice à la déconnexion. L'étang de baignade est rafraîchissant. Les sanitaires sont toujours propres. Le stationnement, étant non loin de la Location, est appréciable. Le personnel est souriant, très à l'écoute et disponible, malgré l'affluence.

Liked: Wie waren mit ein Zelt vor Ort mit unseren 3 Kindern jnd es war einfach nur schön. Wir hatten ein platz direkt am See. Es war super für die Kinder und der spielplatz war auch ein sehr schönes Ort für die Kinder. Alles war sauber und angenehm wir haben es voll genossen. Auf jedenfall wollen wir wieder hin gehen.

Liked: Die Lage in der Natur

Could be better: Das Essen im Restaurant ist eher unterirdisch- wo bei die Nachbarn sagten die Themenabende waren gut. Ein paar mehr Infos bei der Begrüßung zum Thema kinder Animation oder paw Patrouille weg wären schön gewesen.

Liked: La convivialité, le calme dans le camping, les activités et animations proposés

Liked: Das Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein kleines aber feines Restaurant und das Essen war gut. An der Rezeption werden verschiedene Sprachen fliessend gesprochen. Es gibt einen Bade- und einen Fischtümpel. Das Wasser war herrlich erfrischend. Ausserdem wird ein Kinderprogramm angeboten, mit täglich wechselndem Angebot. Es gibt Platz zum Fussball und Volleyball spielen, Fitnessgeräte sind auch vorhanden. Der Brötchenservice ist ein Highlight, das man nutzen sollte.

Could be better: Der Laden ist extrem klein und bietet kaum etwas für den täglichen Gebrauch.
