Liked: No much really

Could be better: Had to leave very short after arriving because of a unfortunatel family matter. We paid for a whole week, didn't spend a single night. Got no refund whatsoever, even though the camping promised to look into it.

Liked: We liked the spot, that there was a pool and that we had a restaurant at the location

Liked: The cafe was nice, just slow service

Could be better: To improve the advertising of the lake as it very dirty looking and smelly. I’d question how safe it is for humans to be swimming in that?

Liked: Staff were lovely and multilingual. Gave us a non-pitch pitch so that we could be next to our friends. Amenities great and cleaned daily. Great communication around arrival and region fire bans received in advance.

Could be better: We requested neighbouring pitches months ago, I think there was an error earlier in the day, but the staff member who checked me in moved things around and gave us a good options. Swimming pond was somewhat murky, would have been good to have been given reassurance it was tested regularly and safe in a heat wave.

Liked: Nice location, charming cabin. Nice and good restaurant

Could be better: The toilet building was not very clean, more frequent cleaning is recommended

Liked: We live in Singapore and this was the second time we visited this camp ground during a Europe trip. It's an amazing place with super friendly staff, lots of things to do for the kids and a relaxing environment for the adults. I highly recommend it!

Could be better: The kids took the bucket from the mobile home to the pond, broke it, and when we informed the team at checkout were charged EUR 20 for a plastic bucket. While I agree that they shouldnt have taken the bucket / shouldnt have broken it, EUR 20 felt quite steep and the amount choses somewhat at random.

Liked: Nice pitches and the service buildings were nice

Liked: Great quiet pitch down beside the fishing lake. Lovely welcoming staff and clean facilities.

Could be better: None!
