Liked: We loved the site- the meal delivery and wine tasting was good.

Could be better: The toilets and showers smelt of urine all the time. If the door between the men’s urinals and the showers was locked then it might have been better

Liked: Pleasant helpful staff . Good bakery service in the morning . Enjoyed using the pool . Also was surprised to be able to buy some nice clothing .

Could be better: Maybe an extra person on duty at the busy check in periods .

Liked: The camping is not easy to reach. And expensive.

Liked: Very clean accommodation, friendly staff, good services available, easy walk to town or nearby.

Liked: Private bathrooms that are an option and great, means that you can leave all of your toiletries in the bathroom without having to take it every time you use the facilities. Pool, kids area, wellbeing area, Excursions, activities, food and wine bar options to book breakfast and many many more features make this site, location and friendless fantastic

Liked: this is perfect for a overnight stay half way to the south of France staff are always pleasant & helpfull

Could be better: Better Restaurant & bar

Liked: Fleurie is a beautiful place with lovely views. The staff at the bar were great and the park and pool are fantastic for kids.

Could be better: Better information in English re check in and check out. There is a €80 fee for cleaning that was not discussed once. Someone should have come to check us out so we knew to clean it. Apparently its "clear on the website" but we booked months ago. The €80 fee was just taken a few days after we left due to the room needing hoovering. They also dont provide any cleaning products.They offer electric bikes but no toddler/young child helmet. There was 1 child bike broken and the other barely functional. We paid for premium which included bikes and couldn't go on a bike ride and no compensation give

Liked: The area is lovely and the site is well maintained. Sanitary blocks modern hot showers and clean. The Services that were provided were very good. The wine tasting sessions were great…

Could be better: The pool is too small for the site as we tried on 2 occasions to go but the amount of people in was overwhelming… which was a shame as it was very hot ..

Could be better: The pool seems to need abit of attention as Lino is coming away from its walls not sure whether the heat is not helping but we did enjoy our swim.
