Liked: Good check in, clean facilities. Well situated for visiting Fleurie. We only stayed one night, but had we not booked the next place we would have stayed for two to explore the town and surroundings.

Could be better: We would have liked to have booked the meal, but could not find how to do this before we arrived.

Liked: Nice to stay in one of the upgraded chalets. Lots of nice new upgrades.

Could be better: The drains behind tha chalet are a bit smelly, but not sure you can do much about that 🫨

Liked: a 5 night stop over to sample some local wines

Could be better: Advanced information on site facilities could be more clearly given

Liked: Friendly staff who spoke good English. Clean and tidy site which was well organised

Could be better: It was difficult to find the pitch number signs as the hedges had overgrown them! We actually pitched in the wrong place! We missed the sign. The staff were very understanding but the sign number was hidden by the hedge.

Liked: We chose this type of accommodation as I had stayed in a few before. There were 10 of us ranging from 5-69 years old and we were also on a range of budgets, so this type of accommodation suited this. The location was stunning. Some of our party camped and the facilities here (showers etc) were also of a high quality. There was plenty for the 5 year old (swimming, park, bouncy castle and evening entertainment). I

Could be better: The campsite could also do with a small simple bar. One evening we were playing family games on the verandah of one of our chalets and we were asked to stop the loud noise as there was a noise cut off of 10pm. We hadn't realised. The next day we noticed on the information in our chalet, it said the cut off was 11pm. We were told at 10.07pm that people had complained, because they had young children who were trying to sleep. It was also inconvenient that the reception closed from sometime in the morning to 2pm

Liked: Fantastic as ever. Marie, Stefan and the team are always there to help. The location is perfect ( we love to hike) and so quiet. Fleurie is the perfect little town.

Could be better: Some of the showers and toilets need a little attention ( broken buttons etc)

Liked: A great campsite lovely location very friendly staff Lovely decent sized pitches with good amount of privacy This year there was food vans most nights which was a plus

Liked: Stayed for an overnight stop on the way to the South. Ideally situated just 15mins from motorway in a semi rural location. We met with the owner Marie upon arrival and thank her for generous hospitality. A good clean and spacious site with a variety of accommodation. Nice pool, just what was needed after a long drive. Would visit again and highly recommend.

Could be better: Maybe a shop and small bar/terrace

Liked: The staff and the size of the pitches.

Could be better: It was v hot weather and would have been nice to have been able to turn the temperature of the shower down.
