Liked: The site is amazing and all the staff are so friendly too. We had booked last minute due a prior booking not being as expected, therefore we moved onto La Grappa. It was beautiful located with fantastic facilities including private bathrooms. When they stated they have restaurant facilities We were amazed when it was offered as delivery to our motorhome door. Can’t wait to return

Could be better: Nothing. It’s perfect

Liked: Prebooked online as arriving around lunchtime when reception is closed. We were travelling during some very stormy weather. Charged 10 euros booking fee and not given opportunity to use ACSI discount. We paid about 37 euros for 1 night! After arrival and reception opening we discovered we had paid about 15 euros more than we needed to. We complained but reception claimed booking fee necessary and would not refund.

Could be better: Improve website, make lunchtime arrival easier and cancel 10 euro fee for booking!

Liked: A lovely site close to a nice village and lots of wine tasting opportunities.

Liked: The welcome from staff in the reception. The cleanliness and space in the toilet block The swimming pool We originally planned 3 nights and stayed for 7: the site and area were so good.

Liked: Friendly and knowledgeable staff, trip to the market and the area wine not to bad either

Could be better: Hand rails to all steps

Liked: Great clean facilities, well laid out & maintained, in a wonderful location!

Liked: Very nice campsite in a beautiful area

Could be better: It would be nice to have a changing facility at the swimming pool

Liked: The location was good - small walk up hill to Fleurie. Easy access to vineyards. Can hire the Mehari to get around which is good fun.

Could be better: Pitch was dark. Private bathrooms too far from pitch; should be one on each pitch for that price. Most expensive stay but didn’t feel value for money.

Liked: Shower, toilets and washing facilities excellent. Well laid out and spotless clean.

Liked: Clean and well equipped site. The chalet was perfect for a one night stopover.

Could be better: Maybe provide a kettle?
