Could be better: To keep mouses and cats away from the site, the entrace area looks well maintained, but all other areas are full of autumn leafs.

Liked: Location was great. Good warm welcome.

Could be better: Cleanliness needs improving. Showers and toilets were always dirty. Saw two guys “clean” - by just hosing the whole cubicle down. No actual cleaning happened. Bins in the disabled toilets were not emptied during the two days we were there. No toilet roll or toilet seat in the disabled either.

Liked: Loved the site, the staff are great and very helpful.

Liked: Lovely relaxed site. Very laid back In a fabulous location. 2 minutes from beach and short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. A 15 minute walk into town. Don't miss the market it's amazing.

Liked: As the site was quiet we could choose the pitch for our campervan. Trees gave great protection from the wind and the pitch felt quite private

Could be better: Some local facilities (eg bakery) were not yet open but that’s not the campsite’s fault

Liked: Brilliant location for visiting Amboise(15minute walk) Excellent pitch sizes(motorhome) Shower and toilet good, hot water and clean showers.

Could be better: Major concern about the motorhome service area. The drinking water and black rinse tap are on the same branch 150mm apart, I saw people using the fresh water tap to rinse the cassette, typhoid waiting to happen
