Liked: Very good clean campsite with brilliant showers. Beautiful view of the castle from the site and a short walk to the town. Lovely man on reception when we arrived. Would recommend a visit

Liked: We love this campsite; it’s well-organised, clean, with pretty gardens, a little river, the fantastic views of the castle, and Falaise is a beautiful little town and very easy to get to on foot. And they had the most delicious croissants of our whole trip! A special mention for the campsite manager, who was super helpful and very efficient.

Could be better: The only minor downside is that there is no toilet paper provided. This is unusual in comparison to other sites we visited.

Could be better: Nothing really was all good. Maybe just the gate opening a little sooner for getting to the ferry but we’ve been assured there’s time 🤞

Liked: Great stop off location after arriving by ferry in Caen and on our way down to the Loire. Small site with great facilities and easy access into Falaise for the castle and shops. Would consider staying longer next time.

Liked: The whole site was immaculate big pitches and excellent facilities. Your pitch overlooks the imposing castle of William the conquerer which is just stunning. Falaise is a city steeped in history and we'll worth a walk around. The castle tour was brilliant. Will definitely return and highly recommend this beautiful site.
