Liked: The facilities were very high quality and spotlessly clean. There was a calmness and peacefulness about the site. Reception had a small supply of essentials. We did have an issue with our bill which was not rectified, but this did not spoil our stay. We would highly recommend this site.

Could be better: Give reception the authority to refund overcharged amounts.

Liked: Very pleasant site only 30 miles from Caen. Easy check in, very peaceful and great view of the castle. Facilities modern and clean.

Could be better: A chemical toilet emptying point for caravans and toilet paper in the loos

Liked: We had a really lovely three night stay in Falaise. The facilities at the site are new, well maintained and Clean, the pitches are large and mostly flat. Great value at site. The town is beautiful with both William the Conqueror’s castle and the Falaise Civil Memorial worth a visit whilst you can are in town.

Liked: The town is great. The two staff I met were helpful .The shower and toilet facilities were good and clean. Loved view of castle while in our pitch.overall liked the site.

Could be better: Don’t understand why no toilet rolls in facilities and no plugs while washing up or shaving end up using more hot water having to continually press taps and they waste water.

Liked: The location is great below the Chateau and near to town

Could be better: Bathroom facilities were not clean. It looked and smelled like the floor and walls had not been cleaned since the building was built.

Liked: Just one night, the facilities were functional and clean, with a tremendous view of the Chateau.

Could be better: Remove kerb from some pitches. The kerb causes difficulty when using mover to move caravan. Manual help needed sometimes. Pitches generally were small if staying longer than a few nights and wanting to Put up an awning.
